Setting up fitness goals can be very frustrating to say the least. There are thousands of diets and workout routines, the flooding of your life every day, and it's so hard to understand what is right for you. My suggestions are simple start. It is the simple, basic principles, the most important.
Most people do not understand immediate results, and most people, when or why things don't change. The reason why failure is most people not because you are on the wrong track, but because you are trying to get before you begin. In all aspects of life the greater the desire the harder is to wait.
Learn a different way of thinking is, follow always from your mistakes. Be patient and know when the time is right. Find you motivated to keep the small results and what it is trying to reach you, you will succeed.
Now, that you intellectually understand what it takes to achieve your goals, you write. Read the words every day so you know that every day a step forward. Top of the advice I above giving nutrition is a core aspect of seeing results. The following I suggested starting some simple guidelines to follow to see drastic changes in your body.
5-8 small meals a day instead of 3-4 (this will speed your metabolism, fat burning) a gallon ice water per day (clear toxins and accelerate metabolism, burn fat) no white carbs. (Unless a whole grain or wheat it, stay away)Steps 1, 2 and 3 are simple points before you begin, see results. Small steps to begin with, and as you know you can integrate your new understanding of these basic principles. Remember one day at a time. Once you the things that make a daily ritual, are you ready for the next phase.
